Food Poisioning

This last week my 5 yr. old Abbey got food Poisioning. It lasted 3 days and she was throwing up all the time.

I learned that the body just needs to run its course however I kept feeling like I should give her Ginger but wasn't sure how. She kept having those nasty throw up feeling in her throat but couldn't throw up.

So I took the following
Honey
Ginger
(powdered from my spice cubbord-grated fresh would have been my first choice but I didn't have it on hand)

Mixed it together and had her swallow it very slowly. Soon after she seemed so much better. That night same thing and once more gave her the Honey Ginger combo and a second time it worked. So...try it let me know if it works for you.

WHY GINGER? Ginger is a stong antioxidant and protects the liver and stomach. Great for nausea and vomiting, motion sickness and indigestion.

Other thing you can do for food Poitioning:
GARLIC - 2 capsules 3x per day with meals. (destroys bacteria in the colon)
Vitamin C- Detoxifies the body and aids in removing bacteria and toxins
HERBS:
At the first sign of food poisoning, take a dropperful of alchohol-free Goldenseal extract. Repeat this every four hours for one day. Goldenseal is a natural antibiotic that aids in destroying bacteria in the colon.
